Mind with Real Air works great!

More just a FYI for folks interested.

Using the Nreal Air with the Khadas Mind works quite well.
I was able to use a bluetooth keyboard and the Nreal air to work in a coffee shop with complete privacy since no one but me could view the screen.

Perfomed quite well and was powered by the mind USB port just fine.

That seems really cool!!
Do you wear glasses and if so how did those work out. I am old and that would be nice if they would work with my eyes.

Also work with soldworks CAD, would those work out with that software?

The website shows that it behave just like USB-C DP Monitor, I would assume it provides a pretty good immersive experience, If it can share sensor data from onboard accelerometer sensor data you can have something similar to a VR/AR experience and make CAD design nicer.

Yes, I also have glasses and have prescription inserts for these glasses. It increased the weight a bit, but still very usable. Regretfully, they really function more as just a display as I don’t know if the accelerometer is used by default with windows.

Still nice to have a bluetooth mouse/keyboard and a 100-200 inch screen in front of me to work on. Love having the larger virtual display appearance being older.

Are you able to read stuff like this forum without any problems. Schematics and CAD/CAM I have to run it on at least 2 monitors and that is not enough sometimes. Can you use a different monitor on each eye?

Different monitors for separate eyes is not the way this works. You can have muliple virtual monitors using the windows Xreal application, but its displayed on both eyes and the screen real estate is halved. I usually want a single large monitor rather than two smaller ones.
