Mind graphics is not seen by my laptop with thunderbolt

I want to connect a non mind laptop to mind graphics with thunderbolt but the device is not detected, when I use usb C to usb A, the device is detected and sound aund usb ports are fonctionnal. But nothing work with thunderbolt. I have a thunderbolt cable and my computer is compatible with thunderbolt.
