I use an Mind 2 AI Maker Kit and the Mind Graphics 4060 TI with 16GB RAM.
I’ve only recently started using my Mind Graphics 4060 TI with my mind, when I want to play newer games on it (Steam version of Forza Horizon 4 for example).
Otherwise I use my Mind 2 AI Maker kit as standalone and I am very happy about it.
I have no issues with the Mind 2 AI Maker itself - ironically almost get the same performance with the Lunar Lake 140V iGPU from Intel.
the Nvidia RTH 4060 TI temps quickly rise above 50 degrees Celsius even on idle or low power workloads and when I play Steam Forza Horizon, after about 10 minutes, it escalates quickly from 70s to the high 90s with about 40-50 watts of power usage shown on the Nvidia overlay.
Even setting frame rate caps of 60fps in Windows, monitor and Nvidia App didn’t help, neither did reducing the resolution to 1080p on medium settings.
I’ve done a completely fresh install of everything on the latest available version:
Windows 11 24H2, Khadas App, Mind 2 AI Maker Kit BIOS, Mind drivers, Mind Graphics fix/drivers, newest Nvidia drivers. The issue persists.
*** Does the Khadas Mind Graphics 4060 TI 16GB have a fan/fans?**
Because in my Nvida overlay it shows 0 RPM, the whole time.
