Mind App no longer shows Mind Graphics Tab

I have been using my Mind 1 and Mind Graphics for about a year and a half and everything has been running smoothly until a couple weeks ago. It could have been longer because I seldom go into the Mind App routinely. I opened the Mind App, and my Graphics tab is no longer there, and the Graphics driver does not show up in the Mind Tab Drivers list as it used to. I tried going through support, but they thought I was saying my Graphics was not working so gave me steps for uninstalling and reinstalling the app and drivers, etc. I tried all of the suggestions, but nothing has changed. Also, sometimes the Mind Graphics LED will be on and steady and other times it will go into ‘breathing’ but no change in graphics functioning. Windows Device Manager shows the Mind Graphics and it has the latest driver installed. My Bios and EC have both been upgraded to 1.1 when I first got my Mind Graphics last year.

I am not sure what to do or how to proceed as my Graphics works fine it is just annoying that the app no longer had the Graphics Tab or driver visible.

Anyone have a similar issue? I have also tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling version 1 then updating each one until I am at the latest App version 1.50.

Thanks.

Hello @Eric.Spear

After internal investigation, we have remotely checked your device. The hardware of Mind and Mind Graphics is indeed loading normally and can be used properly. The only issue is that the Mind Graphics label is missing in the Mind App. We initially suspect that there might be an unstable connection with the Mind Link interface (we have not received such cases in the past). If necessary, you can send the device back to us for further inspection.

Thank you so much for checking. Yes, the Graphics module does seem to be working fine except for the tab being missing in the Mind App when it used to be there. I was hoping it was a software issue somewhere that could be fixed. I would rather not have to send the whole unit back just for the tab not showing up in the Mind App. Was hoping for someone else to see this that had the same problem and fixed it maybe by tweaking a setting or reinstalling the Mind App (which I have tried without success).
