Hello Team Khadas!
My Mind 2s does not start after being shut down on the Mind Dock. Pressing the front button, it flashes green or white for a few seconds and then dies. Same behavior if repeated. After the unit is removed from the dock and reinserted again, it boots normally. BIOS and drivers on the Mind 2s and the dock are current. Windows 11 Pro 24H2.
The unit was purchased from the Khadas store on Amazon in July 2025. Another unit, same model, same software image, purchased via the same channel in August 2025 (30 days later), does not have this issue.
A defective unit?
I hope you can help me out.
