Mind 2s and Mind Graphics doesn't connect

Mind 2s & Mind Grphice (RTX 4060ti 16 GB)

Please describe your issue below:

Mind 2s standalone ist working fine, all Updates are Made (Win 11 and Mind 2s) Mind App v 1.60 is working. After connect Mind 2s on Mind Graphic, Mind App will restart the System, after Restart the same again and again, USB, Speaker are working, but i cannot find the GPU (Mind Graphic) in my Device Manager, also no Update of the EC Firmware is possible (no Icon) in my Mind App.

At the Moment, I think Mind 2s and Mind Graphics are no Plug and Play Devices, they are Plug and Pray Devices.

Hello @Zachi

Please provide the following information for further troubleshooting:

  1. Whether the Mind 2s has the factory pre-installed system.

  2. With the Mind 2s connected to Mind Graphics, enter Device Manager - Display Adapters (please provide a screenshot).

  3. What prompts does the Mind app show (if any, please provide a screenshot).

Note: The Mind 2/2s integrates the EC into the BIOS update, so users will not see an EC option.
