Latest Ubuntu image does not shows CPU serial in cpuinfo

Hi,

In the latest [Edge_Ubuntu-server-bionic_Linux-5.5-rc2_arm64_EMMC_V0.8.3-20200110], the CPU Serial: was removed from cpuinfo. How to enable it?

For mainline kernel you may need extra patch, you can check 4.4 kernel about this.
