Am trying to configure VPN server in my Android box. I have VPN server IP, username and Password.
But in settings VPN section, there is not option to add the profiles ?
Is it possible to configure L2TP VPN server using the basic details mentioned above in Android box ?

We have not tested this feature. Do you have any issues with the test? Can you provide more detailed information?
The above is screen short of my android mobile phone, there is an option to add profile in VPN settings. Similar settings are not visible in VIM1S Android Screen. Is there any VPN configuration need to be done from BSP level ?

Yes, there should be an option to add here. But for some unknown reason, it was not displayed. Maybe we need some time to check.
