File “aml_npu_sdk/acuity-toolkit/python/convert” is not excutable

@unnamed you need to run the tools on a host Ubuntu x86 system, it is not built for running on the VIM3 itself.

The latest “convert” file in git seems have problem, the size is just a few Bytes
