Hi i was told khadas Vim4 has a HDMI 2.1 just wondering why this detail is left out on its description on the website? It doesn’t mention HDMI 2.1

also will it be able to play Netflix 4k in the future will this be a software update or will it have to be a new device?

No. Open source hardware does not get license for l1 widevine. Don’t keep your hopes high.
