Khadas VIM3 + M2X Board. USB is dead

Hi, friends. Yesterday both USB ports have stopped working. No other device is detected. Used only as a router. Was connected only Quectel EM06 to M2X Extension board.

Is it possible to get support or do I have to buy a new device?

Hello @BytEvil
It seems your USB hub chip has been damaged, you will need to purchase a new device or replace the onboard chip by yourself if outside warranty period.

Regards.

Hi. Which chip needs to be replaced on the board?

You will need to replace this USB - Hub chip (Component U25) , and/or the supporting components,

Please refer to the schematic for more info.

Thanks guys, I’ll fix it. Let you know about the results.
