Khadas VIM3 Fan Control Script

I am using a Khadas VIM3 with Armbian_23.5.59_Khadas-vim3_bookworm_current_6.1.46.oowow image.

The issue that I have is that the fan does not seem to be working. I also do not seem to have any kind of software to control the fan as described here:

Vim 3 fan support is already added to mainline kernel.

It starts at 80°C so try to do stress test on the device and make it go above that threshold to check if the fan runs it not.
