I bought a Khadas Tea back in August, and the unit is in very good condition, unfortunately today I powered on the device to find that one channel is dead. I have tried firmware updates and resets but no change. Any suggestions? The unit is pretty new for issues.

Firstly you should help me confirm these quesions below:
- Could you given me the serial number on the packing box or on the Audio Dashboard?
- Could you make sure which channel is dead?L channel or R channel?
That reason maybe the route of this channel is open. You should go after-sales process,and let us to repair it.
