I'm reaching out into the community for help. I have a shipping request in for RMA but I want like hell for this system to work so I can get back to using the device regularly.
The system looks like it boots (the light goes from flashing green to flashing white) but the display won't output and the USB ports won't interact with the keyboard.
I’ve tried the bios reset where you hold in the power button and it flashes, and the situation is the same.
What are other folks seeing? Any final things I should try before I ship the unit back? I love the form factor and use case for a system like this, and I’d rather it work.
