Hello @T1111
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
Step 1: Ensure the pre - connection status is correct
If Mind Graphics was previously connected to Mind, you need to shut down Mind and remove it first.
Use a Thunderbolt - certified cable (it is recommended to check the Thunderbolt official website certification list for details) to connect the Thunderbolt port of your laptop to the USB - C port of Mind Graphics.
Make sure that Mind Graphics is connected to the power supply and powered on (the indicator light should be breathing white).
Step 2: Deal with the original dedicated graphics card driver of the laptop (if applicable)
If your laptop has a dedicated graphics card, you need to enter the Windows Device Manager and uninstall or disable the dedicated graphics card driver of the laptop before connecting Mind Graphics. This is a crucial step, otherwise, it may cause conflicts.
If your laptop does not have a dedicated graphics card, you can skip this step.
Step 3: Install the correct graphics card driver
Go to the Khadas official website (not the NVIDIA official website) to download and install the RTX 4060 Ti graphics card driver.
After the installation is complete, restart your laptop.
There is no need to install patch files on the laptop. The main reasons why most users cannot connect are as follows:
-
The cable used is not compliant. It is not a Thunderbolt - certified cable. You can check the cable certification information on the Thunderbolt official website.
-
The laptop does not have a Thunderbolt port, or the connected port is just a regular USB - C port.
-
Laptops with dedicated graphics cards have not uninstalled or disabled the dedicated graphics card driver.
