Khadas Mind 2 - Power Problems

Greetings,

We currently have a problem with our Mind 2 unit.

The same problem on this thread actually. New Mind 2 - Power Issues (wont run on wall power) - Technical Support - Khadas Community

Whenever we use another power cable (Third, party power cable, and a PD Cable Monitor) it does not operate. Currently I have tried this solution:

But it is still not working as well… When the Mind 2 is turned on it is displaying a solid White LED.

I understand your description as follows:
Using the official Khadas-provided charger and cable allows charging, but third-party chargers and cables do not work.
If that’s the case, could you provide product links to the third-party charger and cable you used, or share images related to their power specifications (e.g., voltage, current)?

Sure,

Currently it is plugged in to a UGreen 100 w charger:
Other chargers we have used is a 65w Charger for HP Laptops.

Previously the Khadas Mind 2 was plugged into a Dell Monitor with a PD of 90 w.

Khadas 65W Charger---->Pass
UGreen 100W Charger---->Fail
HP Laptop 65W Charger---->Fail
Dell Monitor with a PD of 90W---->Fail

Is this understanding correct?

The Dell Monitor with PD of 90 w

  • This was where we usually plug the System unit it before.
  • There was no problem on using the Dell monitor

But when we tried it again it is no longer working, the LED in front of the system unit is just blinking white…

We tried other chargers (Ugreen, HP Laptop) to check, the behavior is the same…

Understood, so currently third-party chargers and cables cannot power on the device at all, correct? Are there any other devices connected to the remaining interfaces of the Mind?

Yes that is correct, other cables and chargers cannot power on the device at all.

Currently the only things connected to Mind 2 is an HDMI Cable…

Edit:
Also when I press down on the power button for more than 30s. The LED on the device keeps blinking white…
