Hello there! After successful bios update my new Mind 2 successfully logged in to Windows only one time. Unable to reach bios anymore. Looks like my device complitely bricked. Can you help me or provide any suggestions?
What I have already tried to do:
I have tried to press power for 30 sec, it’s blinking with white color but nothing happens.
I tried to change original Khadas AC to Lenovo 100W AC. No results.
Connecting and disconnecting AC in some cases change blinking color from green to white.
Sometimes I have constant white power status with out blinking.
I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue after your BIOS update. Based on your description and the behavior of the status LEDs, it’s possible the system is stuck in a specific power state during the initialization process.
Since you’ve already tried the 30-second power button reset and switching adapters, we recommend a “deep power cycle” to fully reset the embedded controller (EC). Please try the following:
Disconnect the AC adapter completely from your Mind.
Leave the device unplugged for an extended period to allow the internal standby battery to drain fully.
Once the power is completely exhausted (all LED indicators are off and stay off), reconnect the original Khadas AC adapter and try to power it on again.
Sometimes, letting the system naturally clear its volatile memory by draining the residual power can resolve these boot-up hangs.
Please let us know if the status light changes or if you managed to reach the BIOS after trying this. If the issue persists, we will look into the next steps for a recovery or RMA.
