Khadas Graphic Non-Mind PC USB-C - GPU not showing up

Hello,

My Windows 11 pc is unable to find the GPU on the Khadas Graphics device. USB and speakers are working as expected (they show in Device Manager and pick up sound, etc). GPU does NOT show up in Device Manager. I am not sure what do to at this point. I did read that the unit may need a patch, however, I do not own a Mind PC. Perhaps there is a way to update my Khadas Graphic using my non-Mind PC? Thanks in advance for your help.

1、Provide the specific model of your laptop, we will assist in checking whether this laptop supports Thunderbolt function, and which C port supports Thunderbolt function
2、Whether you can provide a screenshot (into the device manager, click on the open use of the serial bus controller, the item will expand all the contents of the screenshot), which is very helpful to us to quickly locate the problem
3、Can you provide a link to the TBT cable you are using, so that we can ensure that this cable supports the Thunderbolt function (we have had some cases of GPUs not being recognized due to the use of inappropriate cables).
4、About the indicator light and Mic you mentioned, these two functions do not depend on lightning.
Finally, I apologize for the problem you encountered, and look forward to working together to solve this problem, thank you!

Hello, and thank you for the quick response. I looked up my motherboard Aorus Master Z790 v1.0 manual. The USB-C port is only a 20GB connection and not labeled/considered a Thunderbolt connection. Therefore, I believe this is my issue. I have a new cable coming in and I will try that before I spend for a Thunderbolt card.

Can you please confirm with me that the GPU function will not work on a USB-C 20GB port?

Thanks again for your quick response. Please consider this issue closed/solved.

GPU function only works when 40Gbps USB-C is connected.

I currently do not have the correct USB-C port for GPU functionality. Thank you for your time!
