It should be very interesting!
thanks to mo123 and the Khadas team!
I continue my tests, and for Rockchip 3399 everything looks good in this assembly! As a test I use my favorite tools: TorrServe torrent engine, a couple of 4K HDR movies, Avatar movie 100 gigabytes and Terminator (2019) 60 gigabyte ,in Blu-ray ,both movies, everything goes without problems, without any stops.
I personally liked it!

@mo123 One question are the DVB modules active? In these buildings.
The question is why I don’t see active in the master branch!
This is a build (mod) for Rockchip from mo123,there are probably big differences from what you show
DRIVER_ADDONS_SUPPORT=“yes” in my build
I just didn’t add crazycat since it couldn’t build.
This is based on the older 4.4 kernel, not LibreELEC master based on the 5.x kernel where most things aren’t working yet.
@mo123 Perfect I thought you were using the master branch!
I tried to activate manually and I get construction errors.
Thank you.
Hi
I used Libreelec image from Libreelec web, it works only from SD and i have noticied audio delay in all videos (local an online), and very low SD speed.
Does this build has same problem?
hello, everything is stable in this sense, I personally checked
all Libreelec assemblies boot from sd, fact
New LibreELEC build
https://mega.nz/file/AmpBgbyR#eR1fISfGG9sbr-C7yhkp1bq5RpJ3eGo697cuqIdnHUo
Please check if it boots correctly and if audio works correctly since there are new ALSA audio patches.
RC control not works
To be honest, the stock remote is not the best solution for TV boxes, but maybe someone else needs an IR remote.
the radio-controlled remote control is much more convenient!
i have build LIBREELEC from sources
git checkout 9.2.6
or https://dl.khadas.com/Firmware/Krescue/images/ - all images can be installed by online under Krescue
write me guys which version have better support for Edge ?
It looks cheerful on eMMC, of course, the most important thing is whether Rockchip can handle 4K / 60fps, is it very finicky in this sense… I’ll let you know!
See you later
Well, 4k60 works, but otherwise the same issues as always:
So, back to the RPi4 as a working Kodi device (at least at FullHD). And back to the drawer with the Edge…
may be only for u ?
for me wired etherned works
master@universe:~$ ssh root@libreelec

terrible audio issues with Dolby Digital pass-through
yes something broken - your right
but same not really needed
Maybe. I don’t know. It does not get configured by DHCP and I have not tested manual configuration. Other distributions “just work”. (And some other LibreELEC images too.)
Unfortunately, the sound is the crucial factor for me. I do not insist on 4k at the moment, but I do insist on surround sound. That is what I need now.
