Which system do you use? Android, Ubuntu, OOWOW or others?

Ubuntu

Which version of system do you use? Khadas official images, self built images, or others?

Khadas Official Image installed through OOWOW

Please describe your issue below:

Whenever I try to get into Ubuntu, my khadas Edge 2 crashes and it keeps doing so forever. So far the only error that showed up is: failed to start openbsd secure shell server, here there is a link that brings to a video that shows my problem VID20230116123201

It doesn’t matter.

How you supply the power? Do you use our 24W PD adaptor?

As of now i simply connect it to my main PC

Please use our PD adaptor, the power from PC may be not enough.

I had the same issue and changing the power adapter and cable solved my issue
