Which version of system do you use? Khadas official images, self built images, or others?

Khadas Official Image installed through OOWOW

Please describe your issue below:

Whenever I try to get into Ubuntu, my khadas Edge 2 crashes and it keeps doing so forever. It doesn’t matter.

How you supply the power? Do you use our 24W PD adaptor?

As of now i simply connect it to my main PC

Please use our PD adaptor, the power from PC may be not enough.

I had the same issue and changing the power adapter and cable solved my issue

Hello,
I bought a VIM1S and i have the same problem that you. After tried to install Ubuntu from the image on OOWOW the machine doesn’t stop restarting.

The only error i see is the openbsd one.

After seen this post i change the alimentation cable with several ones. And also have a 32W alimentation.
did you have any clue ?

LOOL to your pc ? bruh…

Not all USB cables are the same! Try a higher performance one and make sure your power brick is the right wattage and amps! Changed mine and problem solved.
