Khadas Dock - Display Doesn't Turn ON

Hi,

I’ve been having an issue with my Khadas Dock and monitors after my system wakes up from sleep. Sometimes, the dock doesn’t detect the monitors, and they show a “No signal” message. This doesn’t happen every time—maybe once every 10 to 15 sleep cycles.

The only way to fix it is by force restarting the Mind (holding the power button to turn it off, then turning it back on). However, the problem keeps coming back after a while.

Here’s what I’ve tried:

  • Adjusted the power plan settings so USB stays on during sleep.
  • Made sure all drivers are up to date.

The dock firmware is version 1.04.
The Khadas App (version 1.50) runs at startup.
Intel Graphics Driver version: 32.0.101.6913.
Both monitors are AOC 24G1WG4, connected via HDMI to the dock.
OS: Windows 11 24H2 - Ver 26100.4770 (but happened with the previous Win versions as well)
