Is VIM sufficient for neural network recognition of humans or birds?

Hello everyone.

I am interested in two questions:

  1. How well VIM(3 or 4) interacts with usb cameras or RCA cameras. I mean cameras with type «тюльпан» connectors (RCA) (composite video cameras, analog CCTV cameras).

  2. Will there be enough VIM(3 or 4) power to recognize faces and birds using artificial intelligence and neural networks?

Thank you. But I was hoping to hear from those who had already dealt with usb and analog cameras in conjunction with facial recognition. To understand which version I should take and whether I should even buy it…
