We use VIM3 with Linux kernel version 4.9

Which system do you use? Android, Ubuntu, OOWOW or others?

We are using Ubuntu.

Which version of system do you use? Khadas official images, self built images, or others?

It is a Khadas official image.

Please describe your issue below:

We are having issues with harnessing the hardware accelerated video encoding that should be available on the VIM3 and VIM4. We have not been able to locate any drivers that enable this feature. We are wondering if anyone has found a solution for enabling the hardware encoder?
