NT50198 TFT-LCD 3-Channel Charge Pump Power IC which seems to convert 3v to +/-5v in form of AVDD and AVEE here is this needed in all display. like is there way to find -5v without IC as I can see +5v on headers.

note: I am taking reference of TS050 to apply on ST7701S driver to run TL034WVS03CT-B1476A display so want gather as much info possible.
