How to know p/e cycle of sd card when vim3 boot from sd card ?

My vim3 boot from SD Card and I want to know the remaining life span of my sd card.

As i know, if I read p/e cycle of SD, I can estimated the remaining life span of the card…

No way to detect that. You can only go by what the manufacture states and that is typically mis-stated in order to retain market share.

It is a well known fact that it will wear out, so, do your best to avoid reading and writing to the SD card. For example, if you are logging stuff like packets just send that to a SSD on the USB port. That works very well since the Khadas board has a high power USB port. What is even better is get the adapter board and run NVMe, all of our Vim3 are configured with NVMe.
