How to create backup image file of the emmc to flash to another khadas?

I am using android on my khadas and have setup a lot of things on it, I would like to create a backup image of the emmc that I can flash to other khadas and resume working from the original state. Basically, I would like to replicate my khadas multiple times.

Update: I know the page I linked is for the VIM2, however, the same method will also work for the VIM1.

This works for all VIM1 VIM2 VIM3 (on VIM3 using USB 3.0 it works significantly faster).
