How to configure the debugging serial port as a general serial port for edge2 with its io board?

Which version of system do you use? Khadas official images, self built images, or others?

Khadas official iamge, with Linux Khadas 5.10.66 #1.5 SMP PREEMPT Tue Apr 25 13:57:32 UTC 2023 aarch64 aarch64 aarch64 GNU/Linux

Please describe your issue below:

I want to communicate with serial device with edge2,and have attached io board as told.with command ‘l /dev/tty*’,i can find many ttyS files,and one ttyFIQ0,but none of them can be used to send or receive data.

what should i do next?
