How to access GPIO by C programming?

Hello

I want to access GPIO pins on VIM2 by programming in C on Ubuntu mate :
Linux Khadas 4.9.40 aarch64 GNU/Linux
khadas@Khadas:~$ cat /etc/issue
Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS

I want to know which toolschain, head file and lib file I should use ?

I can find many GPIO.H head files, which one should be used for amlogc VIM2?
