I hope you’re here is mentioning TFLops. FLops is for CPU.

TOPS and TFLOPS is used to measure the performance of Neural Processing Unit(NPU) in on-device processing. TOPS is for int8 precision and TFLOPS is for Float32 precision

TOPS full form is Trillion/Tera of Operation per seconds. (INT8)
TFLOPS full form is Trillion/Tera floating-point operations per second.(FP32 - 1012)

TOPS = (2x (multiply-accumulate (MAC) operation) unit count x Frequency)/ 1 Trillion
