You can use nmcli by NetworkManager to configure DNS server

nmcli con mod <WiFi-name> ipv4.dns "8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4"
nmcli con mod <WiFi-name> ipv4.ignore-auto-dns yes

It takes effect after SBC restart the NetworkManager service or reboot.
