Help updating firmware on Tone 1

Hi,
I am trying to update the firmware on my Tone 1 on MacOS. I have the Khads Audio Firmware Update App and the firmware file: Tone1_Firmware_V2.00_201016.bin

However, the App does not see the Card, but it is there and working

Any ideas?
