Hey this is my 1st sbc and i was testing out one of the Ubuntu OS. I downloaded to the internal storage; not an SD card. I would like to get back to the oowow setup to try other OS. Can someone also explain how to get there please

Connect HDMI cable, keyboard
Power off the box - button nearest front of board
Hold middle and rear button nearest USB connector for a few seconds and release
You will see OOWOW log and should boot into menu
