Feedback on support articles


Just wanted to vent my frustration on the fact that so many articles mentioned here end up in 404 errors.
For VIM3 I’m looking for support on USB3.0/PCI switch and staff keep linking to this article:

But in the past you’ve changed the setup and now there are many dead links, which is just very annoying and unprofessional.

Support is already quite limited and with these dead links it makes it even harder to figure out how things work.
