I was using my My Mind 1 attached to Mind Graphics and then in the middle of use, the Ethernet quit working and I have not been able to get it working again. It does not show in Device Manager and when I go to the Mind App it states the drivers are missing even though I have attempted to reinstall numerous times.

I am suspicious of this “Unknown USB Device (Set Address Failed)” possibly being a part of the issue.
How long have you been using the device before this issue occurred?
You can try disconnecting the Graphics card power for 10 seconds and then reconnecting it to see if the issue resolves.
I want to say the PC was powered on for roughly 7-10 minutes. It had been completely unplugged for several days prior to this happening.
Thanks! With the Mind powered off, I detached it from the Graphics dock, unplugged the Graphics dock for ten seconds, reseated the Mind, then powered it on. When it booted into Windows, Ethernet was working again.
