We have checked this ethernet adaptor on our side but can’t reproduce the issue, could you double check on latest test image with 6.1 kernel? You can use oowow to install it edge2-ubuntu-24.04-gnome-linux-6.1-fenix-1.7-240927-develop-test-only.img.xz online.
Kernel 6.1 has problems with NPU utilization. Has those been resolved? Please see Nick’s response to our email below.

We have reproduce this issue on our side with the 6.1 kernel OS image, and we will check this issue on our side, but it need some time.
At this moment, we suggest you to use the 5.10 kernel OS image which is more stable.

Have you check with latest 6.1 kernel image ? edge2-ubuntu-24.04-gnome-linux-6.1-fenix-1.7.3-241129.img.xz
This device is in a remote location and we don’t have direct access to upgrade to Kernel v6.
