I am trying to build a portable microsd backup device that lets me connect a microsd card and transfer it to a cluster of SSDs (probably 3 2tb sandisk ssds). Does anyone have any idea of how fast the transfer speed is between the microsd card slot in the expansion to a SSD connected to the usb-c port?

the rk3588s datasheet mentions that the SD card IO is “Compatible with SDIO3.0 protocol”
so the speed should only be limited by the SD card being used.
other than that, things like how your SSDs will be connected (via USB 2/3) will also affect the speed
