How to block this app, services from building together with the firmware?

What is the purpose of deleting it or describing your needs

It is just bloatware and unnessesary apps, services from Google that didn’t exist in Android 13/12.
I try to remove any unnecessary apps not needed.
I think it might only be useful for phones that have gps, gyro sensors to monitor your steps, health and not useful for stb that is connected to a monitor or tv and don’t have or use those functions.
I saw in the out build folder there are several health services, apps, files so not sure how to exclude it.
If it is difficult to remove or Android 14 can’t function without it, it is okay too.
HealthFitness is a new feature introduced in Android 14. The packages/modules/HealthFitness section contains the API parts that the HealthFitness APK needs to use or will use, which are highly correlated. Currently, it has not been found how to completely remove them. They will only be used in conjunction with the HealthFitness APK and will not affect other parts of the system
