Edge2 - Android 14 - EIZO FS2434 display

Does anyone know if this EIZO FS2434 display is compatible with Edge2?
On lots of RK3588 devices it can’t wake from standby.

@mo123
Thank you for your feedback. We do not have an EIZO FS2434 monitor. We have a similar monitor so that we can reproduce and fix the problem. Unfortunately, we currently do not have this type of monitor. If we fix it later, we will notify you promptly.

Thanks for bringing this up:smiling_face_with_three_hearts:. This is a very relevant question for RK3588-based devices like Edge2.

From what I’ve seen, the EIZO FS2434 generally works over standard HDMI, so basic display output should be fine. The real issue on RK3588/Android 14 setups is often power management during sleep/standby, where some monitors fail to properly reinitialize the HDMI handshake after wake.

This isn’t usually a “monitor incompatibility” in the strict sense, but more of a firmware/driver behavior issue on the board side. Some users report similar wake-from-standby problems with various displays, especially depending on EDID handling and display pipeline reset.

If possible, testing different HDMI cables, disabling deep sleep, or adjusting display timeout settings can help narrow it down. In some cases, firmware updates for the device make a noticeable difference.

Would be great to hear if anyone has a confirmed stable configuration with this exact monitor on Edge2 Android 14.

@edwards ,
Can you try the following version?
