Wifi connects reliably and stays connected, but is very slow. I never see it download over 64kB/s despite a very fast wireless connection

I don't really have any logs or errors to share. The OS does some other strange things though sometimes besides just the slow wifi. The driver update tool and the software update tool for example, refuse to load. I can download updates via the terminal, just slowly. I just got my Edge 2 Pro yesterday so I am new to these machines and I have a general understanding of linux but not a lot of experience.
