Connection issues

The blue LED on my generic edition unit is on but Windows and Thesycon doesn’t see any device connected. Here’s what I’ve tried:
-I have tried connecting it to 2 different Windows 10 computers upgraded to version 1909.

after installing the driver and re-booting, try unplugging the tone board and then replugging it
