The blue LED on my generic edition unit is on but Windows and Thesycon doesn’t see any device connected. Here’s what I’ve tried:
-I have tried connecting it to 2 different Windows 10 computers upgraded to version 1909.
- I have used 2 different USB-C cables that came with smartphones and are capable of data transfer and fast charging.
- I have tried USB 2.0, 3.0, and 3.1 ports.
- I have tried the drivers in both these guides: https: docs.khadas.com/toneboard/UserManual.html , https: docs.khadas.com/toneboard/HowtoUpgradeFirmware.html and restarted after each installation.
