我司公司有防火墙，无法wget gcc-linaro-7.3.1-2018.05-x86_64_aarch64-linux-gnu.tar.xz from releases.lainaro.org，但我已经有linaro-7.3.1和linaro-7.5.0，放在/root/project/khadas/fenix/packages/.路径，应该如何更改config/functions/build-package来正确获取？
