I am in the process to to get armNN NPU system to work on the GPU using OpenCL.

OpenCL does not seem to be present/working on VIM4. libOpenCL.so.1 is present, but doesnt seem to be for the Mali present on the CPU.

clinfo returns

Hi @RichardPar, the OpenCL drivers should be part of the mali gpu drivers that come bundled with the gpu package that isn’t installed in Debian 11 image.

You can use fenix to build make gpu-package and install the resultant deb files to access OpenCL.

There doesnt seem to be anything for VIM4 to build … the script works for VIM1, VIM3 and EDGE. There is no mention of VIM4

make gpu-deb does nothing

could you try doing sudo apt install linux-gpu-mali-wayland ?

I have also tested OpenCL on vim4 but only with the ubuntu image, I could not find it working properly on Debian as well.

No such packages exist in the debian repository.
