Can't flash Oreo preview

I was trying to flash the Oreo preview image I’ve found here: https://docs.khadas.com/vim1/FirmwareAndroid.html using USB Burning Tool
but I’m getting this. Any idea?

You need to update the USB Burning Tool to v2.1.6.3. Thanks
