I’m looking at using two Tone2 Maker Kits as DACs for a 2x4-channel DSP system. My source is an Analog Devices ADAU1467 Core board running at 96k. I’d like to feed the Tone2 via GPIO I2S with the 1467 as clock master. At 96k, it can conveniently provide LRCLK at 96k. BCLK at 6.144 megahertz for 32-bit stereo slots, and MCLK at 24.576 megahertz. Can the Tone2 Maker Kit accept 24.576 megahertz as MCLK when running at 96k over GPIO I2S? If so, can it operate entirely from those externally supplied clocks? I plan to use two Tone2s sharing MCLK, BCLK, and LRCLK but with separate data lines. Thanks so much for any guidance.
Hi
Tone2 can not accept external clock.
