I wanted to share an update as the situation has progressed.
My Mind Graphics turned out to be defective, and after sending it back to Khadas, I received a replacement.
I was able to set up the new one following the steps in the YouTube video mentioned above, and it’s working perfectly.
For the return, I used international shipping.
In my case, Khadas was supposed to cover the shipping costs, but the refund hasn’t been processed yet, as it seems to be taking some time.
I hope this information helps others who might be facing the same issue.
