Mind Graphics arrived, and I set it up using the following YouTube video as a reference:
The RTX 4060 Ti was recognized in Task Manager, and I confirmed that Mind Graphics was connected through the Mind app.
Following the steps in the video, I connected the monitor from Mind to Mind Graphics, and a blue screen occurred. After rebooting, the blue screen continues to occur whenever video output is made from Mind Graphics.
Does it works well if you connect the monitor to your Mind? And whats the resolution of your monitor? Could you take a photo about your monitor when is connected to Mind Graphics and display abnormal?
The monitor I tested is a Dell U2720QM with a 4k resolution.
When my Mind Premium is docked to Mind Graphics and connected to the monitor via HDMI, the video displays correctly, but it has been observed that it forcibly restarts every few minutes.

Mind x Mind Graphics (Monitor → Mind HDMI port)
The screen display is normal, but Mind crashes every few minutes
Boot with connecting to the Mind HDMI port, then switch to the Mind Graphics HDMI port
→ While connecting to the Mind HDMI port, Desktop can be displayed, but after switching, it repeatedly crashes with a black screen.

I wanted to share an update as the situation has progressed.
My Mind Graphics turned out to be defective, and after sending it back to Khadas, I received a replacement.
I was able to set up the new one following the steps in the YouTube video mentioned above, and it’s working perfectly.
For the return, I used international shipping.
In my case, Khadas was supposed to cover the shipping costs, but the refund hasn’t been processed yet, as it seems to be taking some time.
