Recently, BitLocker has suddenly started detecting hardware changes at startup. This occurs when the device is docked, detached from the dock, and during morning startups when the battery is dead. Is there a way to avoid this?

BitLocker is a Microsoft security detection mechanism. If you do not require this feature, you can choose to disable it. The path to disable BitLocker on Windows: Settings → Privacy & Security → Device Encryption → Disable device encryption options.
Bitlocker needs to be turned on according to the company’s security policies, so it cannot be turned off. It is possible temporarily, though.
