Bash language missing features

Bash, short for “Bourne Again SHell,” is Unix’s default shell. It automates and manages tasks. It lacks significant features compared to other programming languages. Arrays and associative arrays improve efficiency and prevent inefficient workarounds. Complex software development is difficult without native object-oriented programming. Bash automates systems, runs scripts, and controls operations despite its error handling issues. Its portability, user-friendliness, and Unix shell compatibility make it a strong competitor. Combining Bash with Python or Perl allows for more complex scripts.
