Correction the actual ones in Oowow do work it just shows on top saying Downloading edge2-armbian.
Sometimes the download status square doesnt shows when pressed download.
But… its still the old 5.10 images while armbian already has 6.8 with working wifi fan etc …

Perhaps it may be better to add both 6.1 and 6.8 images. 6.8 still lacks of some important features like VPU, Bluetooth, HDMI sound etc.
Also you can use https://raw.githubusercontent.com/armbian/os/main/userpatches/extensions/amazingfated-rk3588.sh extension while building image to get OOTB GPU and VPU accel. (5.10 and 6.1 only)
Also mesa-oibaf extension can be used for edge kernels to get OOTB GPU accel.
(Both extension requires Ubuntu)

I am in the same boat looking for type c only compatibility. Bumping to see if you found a solution here for type c monitors.
So far only Android seemed to work.. non of the Linux ones did type c out (ubuntu/ bredos) for the edge 2.
