Ok. Is there any specific audio config needed?
@Spikerguy No. If you use VIM3. No need for any changes, the audio works normally.
I mean which configs are needed in kernel config?
@Spikerguy I think you should just have no configuration right, you can refer to our configuration

Yes seems to work fine after using khadas config so I assume we have been missing CONFIG_RESET_MESON_AUDIO_ARB
Recompiling our linux-rc
with our config and with CONFIG_RESET_MESON_AUDIO_AR
enabled.
Update: Yes CONFIG_RESET_MESON_AUDIO_AR
was missing for us since long time. Finally I have audio on mainline kernels
@Spikerguy Have you confirmed that the wifi of VIM3L is normal? All the board wifi functions are normal, except for VIM3L, I haven’t found the reason.
I cannot seem to get it to boot on mainline kernel.
I will try it over this weekend I hope it will work this time.
@Spikerguy Hope that will be good news, if you need our help, you can feedback here
Hi! I updated to 5.10-rc6 yesteday, and started seeing a bunch of warnings in dmesg:
[ 19.048728] fe.dai-link-0: ASoC: no backend DAIs enabled for fe.dai-link-0
By reading this thread it seems like the problem is related to sound/alsa. Any idea how to solve it?
And here’s the output of aplay -l

@Marco The sourd card work fine with 5.10-rc6 , you can ignore this message
Hi Frank!
Sounds good (heh)
but is there a way to make the warning disappear? It is spamming over the serial console. So far I uninstalled pulseaudio to get rid of it.
@Marco You can remove this part in dts and rebuild the image
